July 2022 Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – Hercules Group of Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of Boomer Technical Resources Limited (Now Boomer NDT).

This acquisition further strengthens the Hercules Group of Companies presence in Atlantic Canada and reinforces Hercules SLR to be a one-stop resource for lifting and rigging services and solutions across Canada. 

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Nova Scotia, Canada, Boomer Technical Resources is a full service, non-destructive inspection company, based in Dartmouth, NS and serving all of Canada,   providing a complete range of inspection services.

The varied scope of specialized services, techniques and procedures are individually adapted to the requirements of their clients.

The business has developed a reputation as a company focused on quality and service by employing highly experienced staff who are internationally accredited by organizations and authorities such as CGSB and CWB.

Boomer’s industry experience extends to the aerospace, automotive, construction, manufacturing, and military sectors as well as many other service-related industries.
