Hercules SLR’s manufacturing facilities are complete with steelfabrication, machine shop and mechanical assembly equipment for development of securing, lifting and rigging solutions. Our engineering department offers creative technical advice to enhance design concepts and to minimize material and fabrication costs.

Our facilities are registered to ISO 9001:2015, The Canadian Welding Bureau and Ontario Power Generation. We have a Certificate of Authorization with PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario), are OPG approved to CSA Z299.3-85 (which is also recognized by NB Power, Hydro Quebec and AECL) and are CWB certified to CSA Standard W47.1 (steel) and W47.2M (aluminum). We also follow ASME standards asa minimum guideline for all our lifting devices and manufactured products.
We can meet non-destructive testing requirements for magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant inspection, proof load testing and laboratory analysis for material identification.
