Meet Madison Parkin! Madison Parkin has just joined the Hercules SLR team in Sarnia, Ontario as our Inside/Outside Sales Representative. Read on to learn a little bit more about Madison & discover her answers to 10 fun questions—Welcome to the Hercules SLR team!

What was your first job?

My first job was as a camp counselor.

Have you meet anyone famous?

I’ve met Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir at a skating competition.

Who’s someone you really admire?

I really admire my dad, because when he is faced with challenge or adversity, he faces it head on and works so hard to overcome them.

What’s your favourite family tradition?

My favourite family tradition is to have a “Secret Santa” gift exchange on Christmas eve, where we buy each other pajamas, make Christmas treats, and have hot chocolate. We watch Christmas movies together and it’s such a great time!

What is something you want to do next year?

Next year I want to have my wedding go off with no problems (and If you’ve ever planned one yourself, you know there’s always something that goes wrong!)

What’s your favourite movie?

My favourite movie is Dr. Seuss’ “The Lorax”. My 2-year-old nephew and I watch it together and I love to spend time with him!

What’s your favourite place you have visited?

My favourite place that I’ve visited is definitely Krakow, Poland. I went there in 2016 for World Youth Day.

Have you had your 15 mins of fame?

I definitely have not had my 15 minutes of fame, but I like to live a quiet life!

What’s your favourite quote?

My favourite quote is “Though she be but little, she is fierce” – Shakespeare (I’m fairly short, so during my time as a freestyle wrestler for 10 years, I lived by this)!

What’s your favourite cereal?

My favourite cereal is my childhood favourite, Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
