How do I search for a product?

You can easily find products on Hercules SLR using a variety of methods. Firstly, if you know the product number, you can search that in the search bar and it will populate. If you don’t know the product number, you can search by keywords (ie. “½” shackle”) and multiple options  will populate. If you wish to browse through the entire category, navigate to the header to Shop Categories, and select which category you would like to browse. There are attributes, conveniently located on the left hand side of the screen, to help you narrow your search.

How do I create an account?

Navigate to the profile icon on the top right hand side of the screen. On the right hand side, click Create Account. Add in your name and contact information and click Submit Account Request. You’re all set!

How do I place an order?

If you have decided to purchase a product, click Add to Cart. Once you are finished shopping, click Checkout on the right hand side. Complete your order by adding in your contact information, shipping or pick up location and payment information. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

How do I schedule a pickup? 

Simply select your preferred pick up location at the checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup within *24 hours*. You will receive an email when it’s ready!

I’m shipping domestically – what options are available for me? 

You are able to pick up at any Hercules SLR location across Canada or ship to any Canadian address. Simply select which option you would like to choose at the checkout page. Shipping times will vary based on location.

I’m shipping internationally – what options are available for me? 

We currently do not have international shipping available (yet!). Check back soon as we are working on this!
